Victoria's Pilates offers Pilates Reformer Classes as well as Mat Classes and Home Visits. All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you fail to cancel prior to 24-hours in advance you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled session. It's recommend to take at least 2 Private Sessions per week to see the best results.

Victoria has been working in the health and fitness industry since 2001. 
Her background is in the medical field, she holds a Certified Pilates Instructor Certification with Balanced Body and Core Pilates, and has a Cycling  Instructor / Personal Trainer Certification. 

She focuses on functional training integrating physio-balls, bands, tubes, foam rollers and various other tools in her workouts.  She's been sharing her passion for health and fitness with people of all ages, helping them make permanent changes in their lives.

In her program design, Victoria puts the client’s needs and expectations first and always emphasizes correct form to ensure safety and maximize results.  She is intuitive about the physiological needs of the body and strives to create an environment that is practical and directed towards both the healing and fitness aspects of Pilates.
